Frequently Asked Questions!

Are your specimens ethically sourced?

Ethical sourcing can mean something different to everyone, and I wholly believe in honoring the remains of beings passed regardless of their form of passing. Absolutely no animals are ever harmed for the purpose of my work, not even insects. My specimens come a variety of sources- being foraged, ethically farmed or hunted, or a byproduct of taxidermy.

How do you source your specimens?

I purchase from suppliers all over the world to source the curious things I offer here. I buy from foragers and farmers, taxidermists, teachers and hobbyists, gardeners, pet owners, anyone that has interesting wares will find me interested.

Would you buy my items?

I'm always interested in buying more things for the shop! If you have something to offer, feel free to reach out. I'm frequently looking to source bones, teeth, claws, reptile skins, insects and wings, seashells and beach finds, mummified items, botanicals, etc.

Do you offer wholesale?

Not at this time, and I have no plans to offer wholesale in the future. Most of the items I stock are rare, difficult or expensive to source and there isn't any additional room off of prices and promotions I already have available. Thank you for your interest!

Do you ship outside of the US?

Unfortunately, no. With rising international shipping costs and fees, risk of lost packages and very strict laws regarding wildlife, I simply do not ship outside of the US. It is only legal to ship wildlife specimens overseas with very expensive permits, so I'm unable to offer shipping outside of an address within the United States.

Can I cancel my order?

All sales are final. I am unable to cancel an order after it has been placed. Please ask any and all questions needed before placing your order. I cannot guarantee delivery dates so please order within enough time to receive your package.
